Movie bosses on the new Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone (2001) film forced their child stars to sign secrecy agreements - to keep the movie a surprise for fans.
The set has been closely guarded, with photographers trying to take sneak photos of stars JOHN CLEESE, ALAN RICKMAN and ROBBIE COLTRANE - and ending up in the arms of burly security guards.
Child actors, including 11-year-old star DANIEL RADCLIFFE and other performers as young as nine, were asked to sign the agreements before they were allowed on the set.
A WARNER BROTHERS spokesman says, "As a matter of routine we asked the parents or legal guardians to sign these agreements to stop people discussing the film before it is released." The film is due for worldwide release in November (01). (TH/WNTEX/NFA)
