Madonna Dumps Pups

Superstar MADONNA has too much going on in her life - so she's giving away her dogs.

The MATERIAL GIRL decided that daughter LOURDES, partner GUY RITCHIE, new baby ROCCO and her three chihuahuas were too big a family for their new home in Beverly Hills, so despite the protests of her three-year-old daughter, she gave away two of the dogs, ROSITA and CHIQUITA, while little EVA stayed.

The pup's new dad is actor and animal rights campaigner GLENN SHADIX, who was approved by the singer's good friend RUPERT EVERETT.

Glenn says, "She didn't just turn these dogs out. I e-mailed Rupert in Italy to help convince her I'd give them a proper home.

"But she was worried they might not get on with my other dogs. So I took them over to meet Madonna's little critters and they were fine."

In fact, the dogs have settled in so well that they have a small role in Glenn's latest film FAST SOFA, with JAKE BUSEY and JULIA ROBERTS' brother JAKE.
