Hollywood actress ELISABETH SHUE was thrilled to star in new movie HOLLOW MAN - because she could finally be a tomboy.

The sexy blonde, who stars alongside KEVIN BACON in the film, plays the part of LINDA McKAY, and her role is not short on slick tough-guy action sequences. She says, "I was hoping that I'd always get to play a role like this. I grew up with three brothers, so I spent a lot of time with guys and competing with guys. "In our family, one of the main ways you got attention was to score goals and win games. It was a whole said of my personality that I never got to express on film. If anything, I'd just love to do more.

"I was extremely jealous of SIGOURNEY WEAVER and her characters, because she got to do so much. Maybe next time, I'll look for a movie where it's all about me."
