The teenage son of JAMES BOND hunk PIERCE BROSNAN has been suspended from his posh school - for thumping another pupil.

Pals of SEAN BROSNAN, 17, say he hit out after a 16-year-old fellow pupil at the exclusive £15,000-a-year ($22,500) Millfield School made a filthy remark about his girlfriend.

Sean confronted the boy in the grounds of the school, whose former pupils include English cricket legend IAN BOTHAM and infamous royal cad JAMES HEWITT, and the other pupil ended up nursing a split ear and bruises. Millfield headmaster said last night (12DE00), "This school does not tolerate physical violence. Sean will be missing the carol service." (TM/WNTST/PDD)
