Planet Of The Stars

A slew of Hollywood stars are queuing up for parts in TIM BURTON's version of PLANET OF THE APES - but may be outshone by the original.

The cult SLEEPY HOLLOW director, who is shooting the movie in Hawaii, has so far selected MARK WAHLBERG, TIM ROTH, HELENA BONHAM CARTER and GEORGE CLOONEY for prime parts in the big budget flick.

But all these A-list actors may be overshadowed - CHARLTON HESTON, who won cult status as the star of the original series,is tipped to make a cameo as an ape.
