Pitt Back at Work After Meningitis Scare

Brad Pitt is back at work just a week after he was diagnosed with viral meningitis. The Troy star checked himself in to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles last week and he's already back in the public eye, attending yesterday's Hollywood Foreign Press Association's star-studded Annual Installation Luncheon.
