Actress FARRAH FAWCETT is considering pressing charges against a motorist who rear-ended her Jaguar in Van Nuys, California, earlier this week (beg23JUL01).

Fawcett was turning into her actor pal VINCE VAN PATTEN's drive when a van hit her from behind, sending her crashing into a mailbox.

The actress was uninjured and managed to walk away from the
