Michelle Pfeiffer is set to star in the upcoming holiday comedy 'Oh. What. Fun', which will be written and directed by filmmaker Michael Showalter.

The duo will work together in Oh. What. Fun., a new comedy film from Amazon MGM. Pfeiffer will star in the upcoming production, while Showalter will direct, write and produce.

In the film, Pfeiffer plays Claire Clauster, who organizes a special Christmas outing when her family forgets her in the shuffle. By the time they realize their mistake, she’s gone missing. Their Christmas is in jeopardy, but Claire has other plans.

Michelle Pfeiffer has been busy with a wide range of projects in the past couple of years, displaying the reach of her talent. The performer was recently seen as Janet Van Dyne once again in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, the Marvel Cinematic Universe sequel that flew into theaters last year. Pfeiffer also portrayed the lead role of Betty Ford in The First Lady, the Showtime anthology series that followed First Ladies of the United States across the years.
