GOAL Competition Terms & Conditions:

1. The competition is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents except employees of Cinema.Com limited and their affiliated companies, their families or agencies or anyone connected with the promotion.

2. Prize is a walk-on part/day at the studio in 'Goal 3' courtesy of Buena Vista International (Uk) and Milkshake Films and is non-transferable.

3. Entrance price is £1.50 plus your standard network. Text messages from the U.K. normally cost between 10p - 12p. Charges are dependent on your network operator and monthly contract.

4. No cash alternative is available.

5. Winners may be required to participate in publicity.

6. Players under 16 must have parents/guardian's permission to take part.

7. Cinema.Com limited does not accept responsibility for delays in receiving or delivering of text messages due to mobile operators.

8. The promoters reserve the right to terminate, amend or extend this promotion in wholly exceptional circumstances outside their control.

9. Under no circumstances shall Cinema.Com limited be liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use of information, commentary, advice or other content on the website.

10. Cinema.Com cannot be held responsible for the content of any externally linked web sites.

11. Competition winner will be selected once the competition closes on 31st March 2006 and will be contacted within 21 days of the closing date.

12. The winner will be selected in the form of a prize draw of all correct answers.

13. The winner will be selected by a third party and will be contacted by phone.

Prize details:

The first prize for the winner only is to participate as a “Walk-on” part in the film Goal! 3 (the “Film”); the prize details are as follows:

· 1 pass for a set visit
· For the first prize winner only, the opportunity to participate as a “walk-on” part in the Film. Confirmation of timings/location of the trip is subject to and timings/location of filming and the Promoter reserves the right to modify these at any time prior to commencement of filming.
· Prize to be taken on dates as notified by Promoter, but winner must be available to travel at short notice.
· Any additional costs, including, without limitation, travel costs are not included as part of the prize.
· The first prize winner agrees to the following conditions:

a. There shall be no fee payable for the participation and/or contribution to the Film (the “Contribution”) and its producers shall not be obliged to include any footage which includes the first prize winner in the Film;

b. They shall grant and assign to the Promoter and the Film producers all rights of whatsoever nature, including all rights of copyright in the Contribution for use in whole or in part by all means and in any media and all formats (whether now known or hereafter created) including without limitation world wide web, internet or similar system throughout the world without time limit and without liability or acknowledgement to the first prize winner;

c. The Contribution may be cut and/or edited for any use and the first prize winner waives any so called moral rights attaching to the Contribution. The first prize winner also grants to the Promoter and the Film producers all consents and permissions under copyright performance protection regulations and otherwise necessary to enable the Film producers and/or its affiliates to make the fullest use of the Contribution.

d. The first prize winner must sign an indemnity form prior to taking the trip due to standard operating procedures.

e. The first prize winner is responsible for ensuring all persons travelling have required documentation to comply with the national travel.

 

14. Runners Up Prizes consist of (25) “Adidas” merchandise bags will be given as a prize to twenty-five (25) runners up winners, who will be chosen randomly by the Promoter from all correct entries received.

15. Runners up will be selected once the competition closes on 31st March 2006 and will be contacted within 21 days of the closing date.

16. The runners up will be selected by a third party and will be contacted by phone.
