Biography

Shiri Appleby is best known to date from her work as Liz Parker, the lead in the Warner Bros Network series “Roswell”, a genre-bending series that brings science fiction into the realities of young adulthood.

She worked throughout her teens however, and her role in the comedy “I love You To Death” (1990) led to roles in the USA Network original films “Perfect Family” and “Family Prayers.” Appleby also starred in the CBS series “Sunday Dinner”. Additional TV credits include appearances on “7th Heaven”, “E.R.”, “Xena Warrior Princess”, “Beverly Hills 90210” and “Baywatch”.

Appleby’s last feature was “A Time for Dancing”, an independent film directed by Peter Gilbert (“Hoop Dreams”). Her other film work includes “Deal of a Lifetime” and “The Thirteen Floor”.
