Kelly Brook - Details

Biography

If Kelly Brook’s popularity in the U.K. is any indication of her future success in the US, then America better prepare itself for another British invasion. This season, Kelly starred in the acclaimed WB series “Smallville,” as Lex Luthor’s wealthy and scheming girlfriend, Victoria.

She may only be 22 years old but Kelly has already successfully established herself as a versatile and talented actress, television host, and model in England. She attended the Italia Conté stage school from the age of 13, where she studied dance, drama and singing for three years.

At 16, she began her modeling career and has graced the covers of numerous magazines in the UK, including GQ, FHM, Maxim, Sky, Cosmopolitan, Hello, Tatler, The Face and Company.

As one of the most recognizable faces in the UK, it wouldn’t be long before Madison Avenue would come calling. In 1995, Kelly landed her first advertising campaign for Lee Jeans.

Since then, she has been featured in print campaigns for Renault Mégane, Walkers and Piz Buin. In 1998, she launched the biggest bra campaign ever for Triumph’s Flaunt range, and was featured on billboards nationwide.

Her UK television credits are extensive and include co-hosting Britain’s most popular morning program, Channel 4’s “The Big Breakfast” and MTV’s live two-hour show, “Select.” Kelly also hosted “VPL,” a magazine lifestyle program for Granada Television, and she hosted the final concert at Wembley Stadium for Sky Premier’s “Oasis Live at Wembley.”

Kelly made her feature film debut in the thriller, “Ripper,” released in October 2001. She also starred in the play, “Eye Contact,” at the Riverside Studios in London. In her first stage role, Kelly’s character “Anya” explores the world of adult dance clubs from an honest and funny point of view.
