James Callis - Details

Biography

A graduate of the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts, James Callis' West End debut in "Old Wicket Songs" alongside Bob Hoskins earned him the 1996 Jack Tinker Award for Most Promising Newcomer. Recent theatre roles include "The Doctor's Dilemma" at the Almeida in London.

His television credits include "Sex Chips and Rock N' Roll" in which he played The Wolf, "Jason and the Argonauts", "Arabian Nights", "The Scarlet Pimpernel", "Going Wrong - Ruth Rendell", "Dance To The Music Of Time" and "Soldier, Soldier".
