Sound designer/Re-recording mixer RANDY THOM, a six-time Academy Award nominee based at Skywalker Sound, previously collaborated with director Robert Zemeckis on What Lies Beneath, Contact and Forrest Gump.
His other credits include Iron Giant, Arlington Road, Mars Attacks! The Frighteners, Jumanji, Backdraft, Wild At Heart (Oscar nomination for Best Sound), Indiana Jones & the Temple of Doom, Return of the Jedi (Oscar nomination for Best Sound), Never Cry Wolf, Raiders of the Lost Ark, The Empire Strikes Back and Apocalypse Now.
Thom also was Oscar-nominated for Contact, Forrest Gump (twice nominated), Backdraft, Return of the Jedi and Never Cry Wolf.
