NORRIS SPENCER has worked with director Ridley Scott on 1492: Conquest of Paradise, Thelma & Louise and Black Rain. He has worked with Jake Scott on his feature directorial debut Plunkett & Macleane.
Spencer attended the Royal College of Art in London where he studied art and architecture with a major in furniture design. He was introduced to the world of production design through a neighbor who helped him launch his career in commercials and, while working on a commercial for Tony Scott was introduced to his brother Ridley. Spencer has continued working on projects for Ridley Scott’s commercial production company, RSA, on and off for the past 15 years.
Spencer’s other feature credits include Lindsay Anderson’s Britannia Hospital and the thriller Golden Lady.
