Academy Award-winning costume designer James Acheson has won Oscars for his designs on Bernardo Bertolucci's THE LAST EMPEROR, Stephen Frears' DANGEROUS LIAISONS and RESTORATION. He also received a BAFTA for his designs for THE LAST EMPEROR.
His diverse designs have spanned both historical reality and fantasy - most notably in collaboration with Terry Gilliam on TIME BANDITS, THE MEANING OF LIFE and BRAZIL.
