Jesse Bradford first came to the attention of the movie-going public in Steven Soderberghs 1993 cult classic King of the Hill, with Spalding Gray and Elizabeth McGovern. He followed up that performance with roles in Hackers(1995), opposite Jonny Lee Miller and Angelina Jolie; Baz Luhrmanns Romeo + Juliet (1996), with Leonardo di Caprio and Claire Danes, and the Merchant-Ivory production A Soldier Never Cries (1998), in which he starred opposite Kris Kristofferson, Barbara Hershey and Leelee Sobieski.
His role in 2000s smash hit cheerleading comedy Bring It On, in which he played the male lead opposite Kirsten Dunst, affirmed his star qualities and gained him a good deal of attention. He subsequently appeared in Michael Radfords Dancing at the Blue Iguana. Bradford was voted Exciting New Male Face of the Year at the Young Hollywood Awards in 2001.
Stateside he was most recently seen in Paramounts sci-fi action adventure Clockstoppers, in which he played the lead.
