Bring It On marked JESSICA BENDINGER’s feature film screenwriting debut.
Bendinger began her writing career with Spin Magazine, where she covered hip hop for three years. During that time she also wrote for MTV News, and directed numerous music videos for such artists as Queen Latifah. She was nominated for Best Director (Rap) by Billboard Magazine in 1991 for Queen Latifah’s Fly Girl.
