ROY HUDD is one of Britain's best-loved all-round comedy entertainers and is an accomplished playwright, author and actor. His credits include the radio comedy show THE NEWS HUDDLINES, the Montreux winning silent film THE MALADJUSTED BROKER, the television series HUDD and the hit musical UNDERNEATH THE ARCHES, which he starred in as well as wrote and for which he won the Best Actor in a Musical Award from the Society of West End Theatres.
His screen work includes Dennis Potter's LIPSTICK ON YOUR COLLAR; COMMON AS MUCK; HEAVY WEATHER and HARBOUR LIGHTS.
