Maria Doyle Kennedy has just completed Bill Forsyth's Gregory's Two Girls and play Frances in John Boorman's The General, Natalie in The Commitments, directed by Alan Parker, Ann in Nothing Personal directed by Thaddeus O'Sullivan and Roisin in A Further Gesture, starring Stephen Rea. She has appeared as a guest lead in Father Ted for Channel 4 and has recorded with the well-known Irish Band The Hothouse Flowers. She will shortly appear in Mike Figgis' film Miss Julie.
