Tony Goldwyn gained international recognition as the villain in the 1990 box-office smash Ghost opposite Patrick Swayze and Demi Moore. Most recently, he earned praise as a director for the film A Walk on the Moon, which he also produced.
A Los Angeles native, Goldwyn attended Brandeis University in Massachusetts and Hamilton College in New York.
In addition to several series guest appearances, Goldwyns notable television credits include Truman and From the Earth to the Moon, in which he played Neil Armstrong.
