Biography

Faye Dunaway won the Academy Award for Best Actress in for her portrayal of the driven television executive Diana Christianson in "Network." She had been nominated twice previously, for "Bonnie and Clyde" and "Chinatown." She also received the Lifetime Achievement Award at NATO's Showest as a tribute to her illustrious career. Additionally, Dunaway won the Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actress for her performance in HBO's "Gia."

Dunaway has starred in more than 30 feature films and numerous television projects since her motion picture debut.

She has starred in television productions such as "Evita Peron," "The Country Girl," "Christopher Columbus" and "Cold Sassy Tree" (which she also executive produced). She won an Emmy and received a Golden Globe nomination for her role in "Columbo: It's All In The Game." She also starred in the CBS comedy series "It Had To Be You," opposite Robert Urich.
