In the summer box office hit American Pie (1999), Elizabeth brought her finely honed acting skills to the big screen in her portrayal of Nadia, a Czech foreign exchange student, whos the object of young male desire. Her studio debut captured the attention of Miramax Films, with whom Elizabeth has signed a nonexclusive, three-picture deal. With Scary Movie (2000), Elizabeth stars in her first film under this deal.
After appearing in a local music video, Elizabeth and her parents were told by a producer that she should pursue a career in modeling. Directly following her graduation from high school, she relocated to New York City where she began her modeling career, gracing the pages of fashion magazines around the world.
Having spent time traveling abroad and successfully establishing herself as a fashion model, Elizabeth decided it was time to return stateside. While visiting friends in Los Angeles, Elizabeth was signed by the Ford Modeling Agency and within a week booked her first national commercial. Her appetite now wet, Elizabeth moved permanently to Los Angeles and began taking acting classes.
She quickly launched her professional acting career by landing guest starring roles on prime time shows on the various networks. In addition, she was cast in several independent feature films, including the romantic comedy Dish Dogs (1998), in which she stars opposite Sean Astin and Matthew Lillard.
