Video Exchange Site Files For Bankruptcy


Scour, an Internet site that allows users to trade videos and CDs online, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection Thursday, an act which blocks copyright suits filed against the company by the Motion Picture Assn. of America (MPAA) and the Recording Industry Assn. of America (RIAA). Michael Ovitz holds a 20 percent stake in the company.
