Rachel Bilson has admitted she is not happy with new film Bling Ring, The (2013), about a gang of young people who broke into celebrity's homes, including her own.

Emma Watson stars in Sofia Coppola's movie about a gang of Los Angeles wealthy youngsters who burgled the homes of celebrities such as Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, Orlando Bloom and Rachel in a bid to achieve their own celebrity lifestyles, before they were caught in 2009.

Rachel told UK Cosmopolitan magazine: "I thought it was weird to glorify something that was so upsetting for a lot of people. It's important to detach from material things, but the special, personal things I lost are hard to forget."

The Hart Of Dixie star reportedly lost over £200,000 of her designer clothes collection and sentimental items including her mum's engagement ring in the break-in.

Rachel admits she tries to avoid celebrity herself.

She told the magazine: "I quickly learnt not to pay attention to that stuff fame and media attention. Especially if it's going to make you feel bad. It's very unhealthy, so I try to stay away from it."
