Shia LaBeouf is in trouble with the law again after he was arrested early on Sunday and charged with drink driving.

Police questioned the young star after he was involved in a car accident in Los Angeles, and quickly realised he had been drinking.

The Indiana Jones and The Kingdom of The Crystal Skull star's truck flipped across a road after colliding with another vehicle.

Labeouf, 22, and his passenger were injured in the accident. The actor smashed his hand in the crash and will reportedly require surgery to fix the damage.
