The William Morris Agency bounced off the ropes Tuesday after being hit with a lawsuit by the World Wrestling Federation that accused it of tricking the WWF into a fraudulent contract.
The WMA insisted that the WWF had signed a standard contract and that the group's lawyers "impugn the integrity of William Morris while making outrageous allegations condemning the entire talent-agency business by falsely and maliciously claiming its practices to be fraudulent and its contracts illegal and unenforceable."
