Reese Witherspoon has landed a new role - delivering pizzas.

The Oscar winning actress will spend time learning the ropes for a new film role.

She is producing and co-starring in Penelope with Christina Ricci due to be filmed in London later this month.

She is signing up for a driving course first because she is worried about being on a bike in the city.

According to The Sun a source said: "She's going from the most glamorous event in the world to one of the most mundane jobs.

"Before filming begins Reese is going to take lessons. Then she will spend time with a real delivery boy learning all about riding round London with pizzas in the back."
