Keanu Reeves has agreed to play the lead role in The 8th Voyage of Sinbad.

XXX director Rob Cohen will direct the movie, which will be the first Sinbad movie for 30 years.

Douglas Fairbanks JR, Gene Kelly and Lou Ferrigno have played Sinbad in previous films reports Contactmusic.com.
