Michael Caine: Washed-Up Filmstar

MICHAEL CAINE is officially a washed-up filmstar - for the big screen at least.

The Oscar-winning CIDER HOUSE RULES star is to take on the role of a big-screen has-been who unwittingly becomes entangled in the Cote d'Azur underworld in his latest film QUICKSAND. Caine, who co-stars alongside MICHAEL KEATON in the action thriller, starts shooting December(00) in New York.
