Charlize Theron will earn £6m for starring as a bikini-clad assassin in a new Hollywood blockbuster.

The beautiful South African star will play the title role in the sci-fi adventure Aeon Flux.

The film is set some 400 years in the future according to Skynews.

Theron recently scooped the Best Actress Oscar for her striking role as a serial killer in Monster (2003).

She is now considered one of the Hollywood's hottest stars and is able to command increasingly lucrative salaries.
