Cameron Diaz's surfing mishap in Hawaii has produced a far worse injury than initially thought - the Hollywood beauty has broken her nose. Diaz, the world's highest-paid actress, sustained the injury off Waikiki Beach as she celebrated her 31st birthday with close friends and family. But instead of fretting about the damage to her face, the Gangs Of New York star - who is wearing two tiny bandage strips on the bridge of her nose - is devastated she can no longer take to the seas. She reassures, "I'm fine. But I'm just totally bummed out because I can't go surfing any more." According to the actress, Diaz was surfing with her older sister Chimene and a couple of friends, when someone's foam board hit her in the face.
