Hollywood Pair Created 'Bidding War' For Wedding Photos

In the latest episode of the Catherine Zeta Jones and Michael Douglas wedding photos trial the pair have been accused of creating a bidding war between the media in order to make the most money possible from the event.

Hello! Magazine are being sued for $1.5 million (£1 million) and nearly twice as much again by rival mag OK!

Eduardo Sanchez Junco, The owner of Hello! Told the court how the couple tried to get the highest price for the photos and said, it was "not in order to maintain privacy, but solely in order to establish competition which would raise the price for exclusivity. Exclusivity is not the way to maintain privacy, nor is exclusivity granted for that purpose."

The case resumes today.
