Al Pacino has attended the premiere of his new film in which he has a synthetic co-star.
He plays a failed movie director who digitally re-creates an actress when the star of his film walks out on him.

Pacino arrived at the screening of Simone (2001) in Los Angeles with his 12-year-old daughter Julie.

Simone is out in the US on August 23 and is due to hit UK cinemas on October 25.
