Jolie And Estranged Father No Closer To Reconciliation
After Angelina Jolie's father, Jon Voight, made an emotional appeal on screen to his daughter to create a relationship after he walked out on the family when she was less than a year old, there were rumours that the two had started to work things out, but this has now been said to have been incorrect.
Voight said on Access Hollywood that, "Angelina has carried a lot of pain. " and "I'd love to help out with the baby. "
The two worked on Tomb Raider (2001) together and appeared to get on alright but it didn't last after filming finished.
