Jackie Chan Around The World in 80 Days

Now here's a great idea. Chopsocky god Jackie Chan is to remake Around the World in 80 Days, based on the Jules Verne classic. The new version will, of course, be done kung-fu style, with Chan taking the role of Passepartout, who seeks refuge with Phileas Fogg after stealing a valuable jade Buddha and joins the bewhiskered, globetrotting Victorian toff on his global navigation. Cue exotic locations, comedic capers and outrageous stunts. No word as to who will take on the role of Phileas Fogg, but we like Richard E. Grant.
