British actress LIZ HURLEY has lashed out at historical Romans - for introducing bulimia into society.
The AUSTIN POWERS actress insists eating disorders were around long before the invention of the skinny supermodel. She says, "Never forget that the classical Romans were responsible for introducing bulimia into society. They used to lie around looking gorgeous, devour a freshly slaughtered beast or two, vomit copiously into exquisitely crafted pots held out by scantily dressed slaves, then wolf down another creature, then vomit again.
"They failed to notice that the empire was falling until dessert was on the table, and then it was too late."
