British actress KATE WINSLET has been named the ideal celebrity mother in a recent survey. The ENIGMA (2001) actress who split earlier this month (begsSEP01) from husband JIM THREAPLETON,is the mother to their one-year-old daughter MIA.

The survey was carried out by PUBLICIS before the TITANIC (1997) OSCAR- winner's split from her husband. Women asked to vote said they thought Kate should be admired for putting her baby's interests before her own career.
