Hardball Storms America Box Office Chart


KEANU REEVES' new baseball movie HARDBALL (2001) has bounced to the top of the American box office chart. The flick grossed an estimated $10. 1 million (7. 76 million) in its first three days of release.

A spokeswoman estimated the film could have made between $12 million (9. 23 million) and $15 million (11. 53 million) if it had not been for the country's recent terrorists attacks. Another new release,
