Michael Caine will "Get Carter".

MICHAEL CAINE is to appear in a new version of his cult classic film Get Carter. The film - which stars SYLVESTER STALLONE in the lead role - will see Caine play a sleazy barman.

The original film made in 1970 and set in Newcastle starred Caine as a mob henchman investigating the death of his brother.
