Stunning NICOLE KIDMAN managed to break not one but three bones while filming new blockbuster MOULIN ROUGE (2001). The recently divorced redhead broke two ribs and her leg while dancing in director BAZ LUHRMANN's film set in the famous Paris night club.

Luhrmann remembers her dancing clash with co-star EWAN McGREGOR which led to the first breakage, "The first thing Nicole did was break her rib through a dance accident and we shut down for two weeks. "

Doctors on the set said that Nicole's rib would mend in no time in the corset she wears as her character SATINE, but it only caused another rib to break and another two week delay on filming. As filming finally came to a close, the accident prone beauty smashed her knee in. (JLM/TF/KMW)
