Screen goddess HALLE BERRY is in talks to star opposite BEN AFFLECK in GIGLI. The movie, due to start production in November (01), tells the story of a hitman hired to kidnap a prosecutor's young brother from a mental institution.

The hitman, played by Affleck, teams up with a free-spirited woman, played by Berry, whom he assumes is a hit woman. In addition to Berry, newcomer JUSTIN BARTHA has been cast as the prosecutor's mentally impaired brother. (RP/WNWCAN)
