Heart-throb actor JOHNNY DEPP has developed a new passion after moving to rural France - talking about the weather. The EDWARD SCISSORHANDS (1990) star has swapped Hollywood for a tiny French village, where he lives with girlfriend VANESSA PARADIS, a native of the country, and daughter LILY-ROSE, 2.
