Following a recent loosening of regulations on videos featuring explicit sex scenes, the British Board of Film Classification, Britain's primary censors, has allowed Deep Throat, believed to be the top-selling porn film of all time, to be released on home video in the U.K. without cuts for the first time. The star of the 1972 film, Linda Lovelace, who later claimed she was forced to appear in the film, was recently ranked 34 on Playboy magazine's list of the 100 sexiest film stars of all time, just ahead of Madonna.
