JULIA ROBERTS has been given an ultimatum by her boyfriend BENJAMIN BRATT - marry me or lose me forever.
After two recent refusals to set a date for their wedding, Julia found herself at the receiving end of frustrated Ben's wrath when he ordered her to make a decision.
A friend of the couple says, "Ben told Julia that he loves her with all of his heart. But he said he was tired of the wait. He told her, 'I've asked you to marry me twice now and you still won't commit. ' "'I'm starting to wonder if you really do want to marry me. If we're going to do it, let's do it, because it's now or never. '"
