Magazine Offers Cash For Tom Cruise Gay Sex Pictures

From WENN Correspondent RYAN SMITH in Los Angeles AUDIO AVAILABLE An American magazine has stepped into the TOM CRUISE and CHAD SLATER furore - by offering $500,000 (£333,333) to the first person who can prove the actor is really gay. BOLD MAGAZINE issued the challenge after international magazine ACTUSTAR published a story claiming porn star Slater had had a gay affair with Cruise before the actor's marriage to NICOLE KIDMAN broke-up. Slater denied ever making the claims after Cruise launched a $100 million (£66 million) lawsuit against the erotic wrestler, who is also known as KYLE BRADFORD. But Bold Magazine's publisher MICHAEL DAVIS is refusing to let the matter drop, offering the colossal cash payment to anybody who holds photographic evidence of the MISSION IMPOSSIBLE (1996) star in a gay clinch. Davis, who says if any pictures do appear, they plan to offer them up to Cruise before deciding whether to publish, says, "We decided to put out this offer to see if there's any validity to what the gay porn star had accused Tom of." And Davis, who believes the star is heterosexual, insists he'll actually be doing Cruise a favour by investigating his sexuality - because it will lay the rumours to rest. He says, "This will really come to Tom Cruise's aid when people realise that a magazine offered half a million dollars and nothing came up. So I say put up, or shut up. " (RGS/WN/RP)
