Notorious womaniser JACK NICHOLSON used to be plagued with fears of sexual inadequacy and was confused about his sexual orientation - says a biographer.

Author PATRICK McGILLIGAN, who interviewed hundreds of relatives and friends of the star, says, "Jack saw himself as a loser where women were concerned."

McGilligan claims Nicholson had no staying power and "used cocaine" to help him with his sexual problems. In his book JACK'S LIFE: A BIOGRAPHY OF JACK NICHOLSON, the author writes, "A number of his friends told me about it, and Jack himself has talked about it on at least two occasions." (SVD/TS/PDD)
