ANGELINA JOLIE dashed around last night's (25MAR01) OSCAR parties - in an attempt to get out of California and back to her husband BILLY BOB THORNTON.

Jolie was relaxed about presenting an award at the 73rd Annual ACADEMY AWARDS, insisting she doesn't really get nervous now that she' s happily married.

But the GIRL, INTERRUPTED (2000) star couldn't fully enjoy herself because he was missing husband, who was out of town filming his latest movie. She says, "He's in Louisiana, getting ready to film.
