Scottish heart-throb EWAN McGREGOR is facing a withering attack over his singing abilities after his efforts in new film MOULIN ROUGE (2001).
Keen singer Ewan belts out a couple of tracks in the film, including a slushy duet with his co-star NICOLE KIDMAN called COME WHAT MAY. But critics who previewed the soundtrack have blown a unanimous raspberry at the TRAINSPOTTING (1996) star's singing efforts.
Let-down fan ALINE MORLEY said, "Ewan's voice is just awful and very disappointing. I'm not sure whether I'll even bother to see the film now." (TM/WNSSU/NFA)
