The 1965 Aston Martin DB5 driven by Pierce Brosnan in the James Bond movie Goldeneye fetched a whopping $228,400 at an auction at Christies London Wednesday.

The buyer was Max Reid, owner of a computer leasing company in Sheffield, who said that he bought the car as a Valentine's Day gift for his wife.
