LATEST: TOM CRUISE and NICOLE KIDMAN's divorce is set to get bloody - because the pair didn't have a prenuptial agreement.

Observers had presumed Kidman signed a deal before their marriage 10 years ago which limited the proportion she could claim of her husband's estimated $240 million (£160 million) fortune. But with no such deal, this vast sum is now up for grabs.
